24K gold-plated iPhone X launched in Vietnam
In order to meet the needs of iFan & 24K gold enthusiasts, GOLDEN Gift Vietnam introduces a luxurious iPhone X version which is gold-plated and manually customized.
While iPhone 6s and iPhone 7 have a monolithic aluminum case, iPhone X or iPhone 8 has edge/ cover frame, fuction buttons made of INOX, and luxury glass back panel. Therefore, Golden Gift Vietnam has created various options with different gold-plating styles.

Due to the customizing style, the price and cost of gold plating is different. It is about 9 million VND for basic option and 15 million VND for full option. It takes from 2 to 4 days to get iPhone X gold-plated. In addition, customers can also customize any design on its back, it is totally free.
“The disassembly process of iPhone X is more difficult than previous iPhone models, as Apple used a lot of the glue layers inside,” said Quang, chef engineer do gold-plating iPhone X. “Also, technicians also spend a long time customizing a new metal case with completely exact rate.”
“Unlike previous 24K gold-plated iPhone versions, Golden Gift Vietnam has used the 18K gold to plate in order to increase the durability of the coating layer and hardness of the surface, so the color of the gold layer will be lighter,” said Mr. Quang Tu.
